Sedation Dentistry

We understand that some patients may need to take medication to reduce their dental anxiety.  Our practice offers Anxiolytics such as Valium, Xanax, or Ativan. These drugs help to relieve anxiety and induce a state of calm and relaxation.

For the safety of our patients who receive sedation, we require transportation to be arranged by a responsible adult to bring you to your appointment and take you home after the treatment.

You would also need to limit your activities, and rest for the remainder of the day until the effects of the medication wears off completely.
