Your First Visit

Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation, diagnosis, and treatment options.
Please note, most often treatments can be provided the same day as the consultation.

North Bethesda Endodontics is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am – 5 pm and Friday from 8:30 am – 2 pm. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

Complete Online Patient Registration

You may register with our office prior to your appointment. please visit our Patient Login page and complete your patient registration form using the Username and Password provided.

PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT:

• The referral from your Dentist
• Dental Insurance Card
• Photo Identification
• Method of Payment
IMPORTANT: A legal guardian must accompany all patients under 18 years of age

X-RAYS IMAGING AND CONEBEAM CT

We require new X-ray images to be taken in our office at the time of consultation/treatment (regardless of images taken elsewhere) to obtain the most accurate diagnosis

CANCELATIONS & RESCHEDULING

As a courtesy to all of our patients, we offer reminders via phone call. Once an appointment has been made with us, this scheduled time has been reserved for you. We understand that circumstances arise that may prevent you from making your scheduled appointment, we require a 24 hours notice to reschedule your appointment. Thank you for your cooperation.
