Treatment Plan & Financial Policy
We are committed to providing our patients with the best dental care possible. Once we have assessed your dental condition, we will provide you with a detailed treatment plan. This treatment plan will include any fees for those services which will be determined by the complexity of the tooth being treated and the extent of
treatment. The fees will be discussed with you at the time of your consultation and prior to treatment.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of service. If you have dental insurance, your estimated co-payment is due at the time of services. For your convenience, we offer payment options in addition to cash and checks including credit card payments. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and bank debit cards. For payment plans, please see below.
Dental Insurance
Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. We have no control over your insurance benefits. If your insurance does not cover all or part of the treatment provided, you will be responsible for the payment of fees that are not reimbursed by insurance regardless of the estimate initially provided to you. However, we are committed to helping our patients and we will complete and submit a claim form to your benefits provider as a courtesy to you.
